Plures Jet is an aviation company providing charter, travel management, air cargo, and related services. Where we process data on behalf of corporate clients, we may act as a data processor under their instructions.
As Plures Jet, we take the protection and security of your personal data very seriously. This Privacy Notice explains how your personal data is collected, processed, transferred, stored, and protected when you use our website and services.

Your personal data is processed by our Company for the following purposes, in accordance with KVKK Articles 5 and 6:
- Providing aviation and travel services, including flight reservations and charter arrangements
- Ensuring flight safety and meeting travel requirements
- Conducting scheduled and non-scheduled passenger and cargo air transport
- Carrying out necessary operational activities within the Company
- Making, implementing, and executing commercial decisions
- Ensuring legal security for business partners and the Company arising from business relationships
- Organising events and activities arranged by the Company
- Responding to enquiries, quotes, and customer support requests
- Complying with aviation, customs, tax, and other legal obligations
Your personal data may be transferred, within the purposes stated in this notice and in accordance with KVKK Articles 8 and 9, to:
- Domestic and foreign competent administrative authorities, as required by aviation transport rules and legal obligations
- Other relevant persons and organisations where legally required
- Our group companies and shareholders, domestically and/or abroad
- Business partners, suppliers, authorised public institutions, and private persons where necessary for service delivery
International transfers may occur in the ordinary course of aviation operations (e.g. to airlines, airports, ground handlers, or IT providers). Such transfers are made with appropriate safeguards under KVKK and, where applicable, GDPR.
Your personal data may be collected through written, verbal, and electronic channels — by automatic or non-automatic means — for the purposes stated in this notice.
Processing and transfer are based on the personal data processing conditions set out in KVKK Articles 5 and 6, including where applicable:
- Establishment or performance of a contract
- Compliance with legal obligations
- Legitimate interests of the data controller, provided fundamental rights are not harmed
- Explicit consent, where required (e.g. certain marketing or non-essential cookies)
Categories of data may include identity and contact details, booking and passenger information, passport/ID data, payment information, communications, and technical data (IP address, cookies, logs).
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this notice and as required by applicable legislation.
In addition, where a dispute may arise between the data subject and the Company, we may retain personal data for a limited period and within the statute of limitations prescribed by relevant law, solely to enable necessary defences.
Indicative periods (subject to legal and operational requirements):
- Customer and contract records: generally up to 10 years
- Passenger manifests and booking data: duration of service plus additional years as required by aviation rules
- Marketing consent records: for the duration of consent and a reasonable period thereafter
- Website logs: typically up to 12 months unless a longer period is justified
Our Company undertakes to take the technical and administrative measures required to ensure an appropriate level of security, and to carry out necessary audits, in order to:
- Prevent unlawful processing of personal data
- Prevent unlawful access to personal data
- Ensure the safeguarding of personal data
Personal data obtained by our Company will not be disclosed to third parties in breach of applicable law and will not be used for purposes other than those stated in this notice.
Under KVKK Article 11, as data subjects you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information if your data has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
- Know third parties to whom data is transferred, domestically or abroad
- Request correction if data is incomplete or inaccurate, and request notification to third parties
- Request deletion or destruction where processing conditions cease to exist, and request notification to third parties
- Object to results arising solely from automated analysis of your data
- Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing
Where GDPR applies, you may also have rights to restriction, portability, and objection to certain processing.
Requests regarding your rights may be submitted:
- In writing to our registered address (EGS Business Park, Yeşilköy — address above), or
- By email from an address previously notified to and registered in our systems, to kvkpluresair@plures.com.tr
Applications must include: full name; signature (if written); Turkish ID number, or nationality/passport/ID number for foreign nationals; residential or business address for notifications; email, phone, and fax if available; and the subject of the request.
Requests are evaluated and concluded within 30 (thirty) days in principle. Written responses up to ten pages are free of charge; fees may apply for additional pages or storage media (CD/flash drive) as permitted by applicable regulations.
With your consent or where otherwise permitted by law, we may send promotional communications about our aviation, travel, and partner services via email, SMS, or phone.
Commercial electronic messages in Turkey are subject to applicable rules, including registration and preference management through the İleti Yönetim Sistemi (İYS) where required. You may opt out at any time without affecting essential service communications.
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you, except where permitted by law and subject to your right to object under KVKK Article 11.
